Hey, all you groovy mutts and cool people!

 

We are planning the big park festival again this year to benefit The Weimaraner Rescue Org. on October 14th! We will be gathering in the same great place at White Rock Lake with a lot of the same cool people for merriment, music and mutt kisses! And this year's event is being sponsored by Metro Paws Animal Hospital, Rally to Rescue, PorchdogOnline, Briarwood Pet Sitting, Petsmart and Doctors Hospital of Dallas!

 

We are kicking it off this year at noon and partying until 5. Tell your dog friends and human friends that are in the groove to let us know that they want to come and join in. We are looking for artists, fun-seekers, dog rescue groupies, good food makers, local business owners, crafters and people and animal demonstrators to bring their wares for the whimsical get-together.

The Dallas Dog and Disc Club will be holding their Texas State Championship in conjunction with Mystics, Mutts and Moonpies!  For more info on the Championship competition click on the logo.

 

And, of course the mystics will be on hand to do their groovy stuff.  Robin Hunt the animal communicator will be on hand to connect with your crossed pets. Susan will be back to read the runes, Mary Warejcka will be doing power animal retrievals for the doggies and Sponsor, Metro Paws Animal Hospital will be reading Tarot cards for you or your dog. Other mystical big dogs will be dropping in as well. The Henna artists are going to be doing their cool thing too and of course, Amy Martin, the fabulous Moonlady will be there to keep the moonpies circulating and the fun pumping :)!

 

Our music will be rocking! It will be loud and festive! If you remember last year, you know what we are talking about. Annie Benjamin and her new band, Rocket Girl will blow us away with their original songs and old favorites.

 

The vendor prices are the same----$40. for a booth and of course, all rescue groups and non-profits are welcomed at no booth charge. Sponsorships are also available! Let us know if you want more fabulous details!

 

We are going to get the doggie yoga instructor to come on back, kite flyers, wild animal demos and trained animal demos :). We are planning a couple of really cool games for the kids and mutts to groove out with.
